Jenny Wallage, Director
Jenny is an experienced HR professional whose career in Marks & Spencer culminated in her becoming a member of the HR Leadership team with executive responsibilities for People Policy, Occupational Health and Employee Engagement. Jenny set up and led a new HR service to support line managers across the UK with policy advice on all aspects of employment matters and a mediation service to help solve workplace disputes.
Jenny is a lay member of the Employment Tribunal service and is certified in workplace mediation with ACAS and Core. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is NLP qualified. She is a qualified coach and mentor.
Throughout Jenny’s career she has been actively involved in other organisations and forums, and advisor to various government bodies, including the New Deal. She has also been an active member of Business in the Community Work Well campaign and Employers Forum for Reducing Re-Offending.
Jenny is committed to delivering outstanding service and finding innovative solutions to workplace problems.


John McElwee, Associate
John has a proven track record in both Finance and HR Management in Marks & Spencer. After completing his MBA John developed his HR knowledge and expertise by completing a number of generalist HR positions in addition to the specialist roles of Head of Graduate Recruitment, Head of Reward and Head of Employee Engagement.
John is a lay member of the Employment Tribunal service, and a Disability Qualified Tribunal member of the Social Entitlement Chamber. He has also demonstrated an active commitment to continuous professional development having gained an MBA, and is a trained practitioner of NLP, MBTI, Psychometric Testing (Levels A and B, and OPQ) and mediation.
Throughout John’s career he has been actively involved in other organisations and forums ranging from acting as an advisor to the Edinburgh International Festival, Director of The Association of Graduate Recruiters and Chair of SBC’s Employability Leadership Group. More recently John has been involved with the Employee Engagement Task Force, led by David McLeod.
John is committed to understanding how the needs of the business can be best met through an engaged workforce.

Gillian D’Analeze, Associate
Gillian is a strategic and solution focused HR professional with over 15 years experience.
She has a demonstrable ‘hands on experience’ of developing and implementing business wide programmes in Marks & Spencer PLC and has a successful track record of utilising internal and external insight to deliver positive business results to the highest standards. In 2012 she worked on a government taskforce reporting directly to HR Leadership Team and HR Director whilst building strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
Gillian’s most recent role was as Senior People Policy Specialist specialising in the resolution of all matters of employee disputes. Gillian’s knowledge and experience supports TPS to meet the increased client demand for independent investigations and resolution to employee disputes.


Irene Murray, Associate
Irene has many years of experience in the HR profession, having performed several senior leadership roles in cross functional teams during her career at Marks and Spencer plc.
As the Area Head of People Policy, Irene developed significant expertise in handling and resolving numerous challenging and complex cases including Collective Grievances, Employment Tribunals and Settlement Agreements.
Irene has a successful track record as a workplace mediator and holds the ACAS Certificate in Workplace Mediation. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and will commence a Masters Course in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at Strathclyde University in September 2019.
Irene is a non-executive Director with the Indigo Group, a social enterprise organisation providing early learning and child care solutions from birth to16 years. She also volunteers as a Panel Practice Advisor for the Children’s Hearing System.
Irene is committed to working collaboratively in order to resolve conflict at the earliest opportunity.


Joanne Hadwin, Associate
Joanne is an accomplished HR professional, who helps businesses resolve tricky people issues quickly and effectively.
Joanne has worked in HR for over 20 years and has covered many sectors, including manufacturing / FM / industrial services. Her specialisms include managing large scale change projects (reorganisations / TUPE transfers / other collective consultation processes) and handling complex disciplinary and grievance cases.
Joanne holds a Masters degree in Employment Law and is a certified mediator with Core.
She is also a Trustee of Impact Arts, a community based arts charity which uses arts and creativity to enable social change.
